How I cured my arch and heel pain
Heel pain, pain ARCH FEET Achy. I had these problems some time ago. Mine was called plantar fasciitis and the pain was at the center of the arch of my feet. Specifically, the pain was in my hands as shown in the picture. Sometimes, my heel would hurt too much. There were days when it was difficult to walk because there would be stabbed shock the pain that I take every step and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience.
WHAT HAPPENED
When I started having pain in the foot a few years ago, I had no idea what it was. Then I thought it had something to do with the fact that I started jogging and taking long walks in my neighborhood. Pain has become so bad that I was actually limping home and I could not sleep at night. Sometimes, when I entered, there was shock stabbed of pain on the arch of my feet which made my life miserable.
It seemed to help if I have a lot of pressure on both arches of my feet with my fingers, but how I could it all night or all day? So I tied handkerchiefs around the arches of my feet and I was very helped. I discovered that there is an arch brace you can buy online or in some stores but to my experience, the towel works just as well. Also, you can put tape around your bow, but unless you want to get a waxing moment you leave that band, the handkerchief is always better option.
FOOT WHAT?
The pain lasted several days and finally the days to weeks. Finally, after months to walk like an old man, I went to see a podiatrist or foot doctor. The doctor knew right after I told him what happened. Fasciitis Plantar. Yep, it's a good tongue twister. PLANTAR WHAT I wanted it was not planted in my feet first.
Plantar fasciitis (PLAN-tur-Fas-EI-tis) is apparently one of the most common causes of cure and / or pain in the arch joggers, marathoners or those who hike or take long walks. The inside of our foot is the plantar fascia is a thick band of fabric across the bottom of our feet. It connects the heel bone. In my case, the plantar fascia is inflamed and perhaps there was tissue fibers that have been torn. I did not know that my sudden decision to get fit have unfortunate consequences. Imagine.
The SOLUTION
